Q: How do I access Webmail?
A: Surf to our homepage (www.ody.ca) and click 'Webmail'. Type in your username (part before @ody.ca) and your password. Click Login.
Q: Where did all my emails go?
A: If your email program retrieves the emails from our server then they are no longer stored on our server, and can not be accessed through Webmail
Q: I want to check my mail while I'm on vacation, how do I do that?
A: Make sure when you leave for vacation you close down ALL email programs that access our servers (this prevents the program from downloading the email from our server).
Then browse to our homepage, click 'Webmail' and log in. You will be able to read, reply, and compose new emails.
